Campbell Howe is a contracted Senior Advisor with the U.S. Department of Energy’s Loan Programs Office. At the Department of Energy (DOE), she lead efforts on the Pathways to Commercial Liftoff, which seek to catalyze and align public and private investment into clean energy technologies. She is the lead author on both the Sustainable Aviation Fuel Liftoff report and a soon-to-be-published clean hydrogen update. Among other strategic roles, she serves as a program director for the Deploy24 conference.

Prior to DOE, Howe was an investor at Bain Capital Ventures and ICONIQ Capital, partnering with technology companies across the early and growth stages.

She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Stanford University and earned her Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. She currently splits her time between New York City and Washington D.C.
