Isaac Sine has been providing investment banking services to governmental, not-for-profit and corporate issuers for over 20 years and helps to manage the Public Finance Banking team at J.P. Morgan. Based in New York, Isaac has worked with municipal, not-for-profit, and corporate issuers across the United States. Isaac is actively involved in J.P. Morgan’s ESG initiatives and sits on the Environmental Governance Committee as well as the Paris Commitment Forum; these roles oversee the Firm’s global activity for ESG and carbon transition, respectively. Over his career, Isaac has worked on over $40 billion in debt capital markets transactions across the country as well as M&A and other strategic assignments for electric utilities. His financing and strategic experience includes work in energy (new nuclear, solar, wind, geothermal, and conventional thermal assets), transportation (airports, toll roads, mass transit), healthcare, housing, higher education, general governmental, bankruptcy/restructuring, and project finance.
