Ryan Edwards is the Director of Climate Policy at Oxy, where he leads carbon management and removal policy. His experience and research spans carbon management science, engineering, economics, and policy.

Prior to joining Oxy, Ryan was an AAAS Congressional Science and Engineering Fellow in the U.S. Senate. He completed a PhD in civil and environmental engineering at Princeton University, where his research focused on modeling geological carbon storage and economic analysis for CO² capture and transport infrastructure systems.
