Madeline Puffenbarger is an ORISE Science, Technology, and Policy fellow with the U.S. Department of Energy in the Office of Policy, Office of Energy Jobs. She works within the Good Jobs program, specifically supporting industrial policy and tax policy for the Office of Energy Jobs.

Madeline previously worked in the finance industry, most recently in equity research for William Blair. She holds a master’s in public policy from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s in finance from Virgnia Tech.
