Isaac Ward-Fineman is the Offshore Wind Supply Chain Lead for the U.S. Department of Energy where he is focused on supporting the development of ports, vessels, and manufacturing facilities across the US. He leads a portfolio of supply chain and techno-economic analysis, as well as initiatives aimed at increasing investment, reducing risk, and enhancing the domestic economic benefits of the offshore wind industry.
Prior to joining DOE, Isaac worked on offshore wind development for Invenergy on projects in the U.S., Japan, and other markets, focusing on early-stage project development and commercial modelling.
Isaac holds a Master’s in International Affairs from the Hertie School and Bachelor’s in Political Science and Japanese from the University of Oregon.
