Ms. Edwina Manyeh serves as Deputy Director of Strategy & Impact for the Tech Hubs program where she’s focused on designing strategic and channel partnerships at scale that propel critical U.S. technology hubs to global competitiveness. She is a seasoned strategist with a global perspective, adept at driving operational excellence and leading transformative initiatives. Her experience spans technology innovation, security reform, and complex program execution in public and private contexts. Prior to joining the Tech Hubs team,

Ms. Manyeh safeguarded global election integrity at Meta, building the backend civic data infrastructure for all government and political assets across Facebook and Instagram. At Deloitte, Ms. Manyeh designed and deployed enterprise-wide change management projects, most notably leading a $250 million COVID-19 testing initiative across all K-12 schools in Virginia enabling the safe return to in-school learning. Ms. Manyeh was also a Senior Policy Advisor to Heads of State in emerging markets and a Strategic Advisor to C-Suite executives at Coco-Cola, Chevron, ArcelorMittal, and Symbion Power.

Edwina holds a Master’s in International Studies from Ohio University and a Bachelor’s in History, French, and African Studies from Georgetown University.
