After 13 years in politics and social justice movement building, Christina transitioned into investing when she saw the potential of frontline community-led solutions to out-perform the status quo of industries harming the planet and her people. From cannabis and housing to hospitality and manufacturing, she advises and develops dial-moving projects that leverage their more just, sustainable models as their competitive advantage to create lasting change with Black, Brown, Indigenous, women and systems impacted communities.
A sought-after advisor and thought leader, Christina’s work has been featured in a multitude of outlets from The New York Times and Bloomberg, to The Financial Times and CNN to The Source. She is a featured speaker and presenter at Family Office Conferences and convenings on Impact Investment around the world. She is the Founding Chair of NEXUS Global’s Working Group Toward Equal Justice, where she works with their global network of 6,000 young philanthropists, impact investors, and social entrepreneurs.
Christina sits on the NAACP National Foundation Board of Trustees as well as the board of Inside Circle Foundation where she supports formerly incarcerated and systems impacted leaders to build local healing circles on every block in America, as well as the Ramapo Munsee Land Alliance, which rematriates the ancestral lands of the Ramapough Lenape.
