Andrew Bray currently supports the strategy and program development of the OCED Liftoff Enabling Programs to reduce clean energy adoption barriers. These programs support the replication, market liftoff, and deployment of clean energy infrastructure technologies by removing commercialization barriers to increase technology and adoption readiness. Andrew spearheads the development and management of commercialization programs providing an understanding of how government support impacts private industries.

Previously, he consulted for power price forecasting energy analytics company, Aurora Energy Research, providing grid-scale battery project finance projections. Prior to that, he led an innovation consultancy, MXV Ventures, providing early-stage innovation expertise to startups and institutions. Before that, he supported diligence at Powerhouse Ventures for their first investments. He began his career at a small Chicago quantitative trading firm trading financial futures.

Andrew holds a master’s degree in public policy and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering.
